Highlight of the year

One highlight in my career was to relaunch a mobile-first website for Newsflare: a video-licensing platform that connects video uploaders and media companies. By setting up a product discovery team to implement product management, data analytics and UX design abilities, I have been able to optimise the success of Newsflare.Part of my success was to increase key uploader metrics like uploads from new users by an additional 7 points - in a year, the total number of uploads was multiplied by five. Similarly, the buyer product metrics meant more business queries and revenue. For example, thanks to a better AI engine behind search, the buyers used it 12% more than before and clicked on suggested videos twice as much.
