We like to work with our freelancers and build relationships with them. This was highlighted during a successful project towards the end of 2021 when we undertook a global re-branding roll out exercise for one of our Tier 1 clients. Bringing in expert YJ freelancers to support our internal resource, to create a specialist dedicated team, and for them to interact and work cohesively with each other to provide our client with the support and solutions necessary, has led to the development of our relationship with this client and opened doors to other globally located departments within that organisation. By integrating our freelancers into our processes and systems we projected a unity within the team that the client really responded to.

We’re Hamilton-Brown – a full-service independent creative agency based in London. From branding, creative design and digital production through to fully managed in-house agency teams, we work with clients to create, innovate, and implement solutions that engage, inspire, and deliver.
Over the last 22 years, we’ve grown into a multidisciplinary team of more than 80 people, working across our creative, digital and in-house agency services. But while business may have changed over the decades, our commitment to delivering great work through innovation and collaboration has remained the same.
Today, we partner with global and regional clients, covering a diverse range of sectors including media, technology, commercial property, legal, asset management, financial, health and advisory – honing strategies, shaping messages and bringing brands to life. We make it our mission to get to the bottom of every brief, challenging, evolving and pushing the boundaries to deliver timely creative solutions. And with a successful graduate programme dedicated to nurturing new talent, we’ve always got an eye on the future too.
